iMax IPTV (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to our website and to your subscription.

1. Data we collect

You give us: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, the device type you plan to use, and any notes you add when ordering. If you contact support, we keep the messages you send.

Payment data: we receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the amount and reference. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or bank credentials — those go directly to the payment provider you choose.

Collected automatically: your IP address, browser type, pages visited and approximate country, gathered through standard server logs and basic analytics. Our servers also log connection activity on your subscription so we can detect credential sharing and diagnose playback faults.

2. Why we use it

• To deliver the Service — create and activate your subscription and send your login details. (Legal basis: performance of a contract.)
• To support you — answer questions and fix playback problems.
• To protect the Service — detect fraud, chargeback abuse and credential sharing. (Legal basis: our legitimate interests.)
• To improve the site — understand which pages and guides people find useful.
• To contact you about your subscription — activation, expiry and important service notices. Marketing messages are only sent if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

3. What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not build advertising profiles about you, and we do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Who we share data with

We share only the minimum needed, and only with:

• Payment providers (for example PayPal or a card processor) to take and confirm your payment;
• Messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, email providers) when you choose to contact us or receive your details through them — their own privacy policies apply to those conversations;
• Hosting and infrastructure providers who run our website and streaming servers;
• Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, and may use basic analytics cookies to count visits. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are required for parts of the site to function correctly.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your account and contact details for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can handle renewals, disputes and support history. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Server logs are typically kept for a short rolling period. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable hosting providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and we will notify you without undue delay if a breach is likely to affect your rights.

8. International transfers

Our servers and providers are located in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live. Where that happens we take steps to ensure a comparable level of protection.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
